Common Questions
Can you help me understand my own accounts?
BusinessResults.uk is designed to help you reflect on your numbers, but we can’t offer personalised advice or interpret your accounts for you.
Can you tell me how to improve my business?
We don’t offer consultancy or tailored guidance. The insights on the site highlight strengths, weaknesses, and trends so you can make your own informed decisions.
Can you compare my business directly to a competitor?
We don’t run private comparisons or produce custom reports. But you can look up any UK company on the site and compare their public filings to your own.
Can you check if my accountant did something wrong?
We can’t review or verify accounts. All insights are based purely on the numbers filed at Companies House.
Can you add my business to the site?
If your company files accounts at Companies House, it will appear automatically once the filing is processed.
Can I request new features?
Absolutely — we welcome ideas. We read every message sent to feedback@businessresults.uk, though we can’t reply to each one.
Can you remove my company?
We can’t remove your company from the platform. All the information we process is already in the public domain, and we simply organise it to help business owners understand their position.
My score is 0, what is wrong?
If your Business Health Score shows as 0 or appears incorrect, it doesn’t mean anything negative about your company. Sometimes it’s not possible to calculate a score due to gaps, inconsistencies, or the way data is structured. As our technology improves, we may be able to recalculate your score in the future.
Why don’t you reply to messages?
BusinessResults.uk is a calm, self‑serve tool. We listen, but we don’t run a support desk or offer one‑to‑one help. This keeps the site simple, focused, and free for everyone. Who doesn't like free?
